Schoeller Textiles is a textile manufacturer with headquarters in Switzerland. Roland Lottenbach

is leading the development department at Schoeller Textil AG as Head of R&D coating and finishing for about 25 years. During that time, he was responsible for the development of several core technologies at Schoeller. He provides a high practical relevance when it comes to coating and finishing applications in textiles by having a professional background as Head of dyeworks and finishing as well as plant manager.

Dr. Nazanin Ansari

will be responsible for all activities and projects in the field of smart and e-textiles in the role of Innovation Manager Smart Textiles at Schoeller Textil AG from March 1, 2021. Her education included -Doctorate Dr.-Ing., TU Dresden, Master of Mechanical Engineering M. Sc., TU Dresden and Bachelor of Textile Engineering B. Sc., Amirkabir University (Tehran Polytechnic). Until joining Schoeller Textil AG, Ms. Ansari is a research associate and post-doc at the Empa in the department of biomimetic membranes and textiles.Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Testing and Research (Empa) St.Gallen, Switzerland.

Rainer Roesch

joined Schoeller Textile in 2020 as Head of Process Engineering and will as per April 1st 2021 assume responsibility as Head of Innovation & Technology. He has 18 years’ experience in the textile dyeing, printing and finishing industry in various functions such as technical director responsible for the entire operation. His more recent experience was with chemical industry with over 20 years in responsibilities such as Head of Global Innovation & Technical Service for Textile Chemicals, Head of Global Marketing & Application Development and regional sales responsibilities within textile dyes and chemicals. Previously also responsible for product management, which also included the application of enzymes in the textile production. He has a strong technical background in textile processing and an extensive marketing and product background in textile chemicals and dyes with global leading companies.
