Dr. Susanne Wieland

started in 2000 in the Biotechnology Group and is since 2016 Head of Biotechnology / Hygiene at Henkel Laundry and Home Care. She has 80 patents and patent applications filed as well as several publications, all in topics related enzymology, biotechnology, microbiology, and protein engineering.

Dr. Christian Degering

has 10+ years experience in the biotechnology area and started 2010 as a scientist/Lab manager in a biotechnology start up and joined in 2017 the Biotechnology / Hygiene group (Henkel LHC) as a Manager for Enzyme Characterisation. He has several patents and patent applications, as well as several publications in the field of enzyme expression and protein engineering. He will lead the enzyme assessment for application in Laundry and Home Care at Henkel.
